The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance presents the Third Annual Tax Summit which will outline best practices for using the Online Services to provide outstanding customer service to your clients. Tax Department employees will be on hand to provide one-on-one assistance regarding Online Services options.

Attendance qualifies for three CPE credits in the subject area of taxation for CPAs requiring such credits. These sessions do not qualify for the New York State commercial tax return preparer educational requirements.
